To remodel an ocean-view, two-suite condominium for a multi-generational family. This home should blend the client's love for Mid-Century Modern design, as well as Romnia's pride for her origin, Greece. Additionally, Romnia plans to age in the space with an appropriate design to assist in her mobility.
To blend the Mid-Century Modern style with some characteristics of Greece by focusing on an interplay of the organic elements of Greek architecture, along with the rectilinear cultural symbol, the Greek key, with the juxtaposition of Mid-Century Modern furnishings. A cool color palette with splashes of warm accents will contribute to this integrated design.
